Pictures!

Finally the pictures. First picture was taken last year and probably my weight was close to 144.00. Last two pictures were taken this afternoon. Today's weight 130.80. Pants size 10-8 to 6-4.

Why Some People Doesn't Understand

I know that there is people (I wish was one of them) that can lose weight without even trying!!.
I have tried many different things and they don't last even a day. Name it I have tried it.
I can not help myself with that and now that I am with Phentermine pills I can not even tell my co-workers because they make me sound like a "druggie" or something.
How can you explain them that you are not one of them? Why do they try to make you feel bad for taking diet pills?.
I was on a slow calorie diet itself for a while and couldn't handle the cravings and hunger so I thought that I couldn't do it alone and started looking for a help. So, now that I am on Phentermine I can do it with NO problems.
The most of the time I don't even mention Phentermine, but when I see someone who is really struggling, I want to help and I mention Phentermine. Can't help myself!! Have to help someone in need if I can!

Taking pills may not be the best choice, but it's the only way that has been able to stop my cravings!

And Again Today

First thing I did today. 134.20 again :(
I dont' understand why I am still there. Six days now. I drink tons of water and keep myself busy everyday.
I have read that sometimes when you don't have too much weight to lose it can off slower.
The key to achieving is to stick it out, especially when it gets tough... Good luck to all of us!
