My Phentermine Dosage

I bought the 37.5 mg. which it seems to be what the majority is taking. I do take one pill around 9:30am, don't take it later because you won't be able to sleep (insomnia).
And as I explained it before I do take it together with Slim Fast and a very small regular meal for dinner with a lot of water.
